What you should know
- When there is grid or generator power, it charges the battery and passes the current through to connected loads; when the power goes out, it keeps supplying them from the battery.
- It includes PowerControl (prevents overloading the grid or the generator) and PowerAssist (supplements the supply with battery power during peak demand).
- It can be connected in parallel and in three-phase systems.
- It has a 4 A output to keep the starter battery charged.
- UL 1741: North American safety standard for equipment connected to the utility grid. UL 458: for inverters in vehicles and boats.
