Victron Energy MultiPlus, MultiPlus Compact, MultiPlus-II, Quattro, Quattro-II and EasySolar-II GX inverter/chargers, for 12, 24 and 48 V banks and output at 120 V, 2×120 V or 230 V depending on the model: backup with batteries, off-grid and hybrid solar systems. SUSEINCA is the direct factory representative of Victron Energy for the Dominican Republic, with authorization to distribute its entire range and local technical support.
An inverter/charger converts the energy of the batteries into alternating current for the home or business and, when the grid or a generator is available, charges the batteries and switches to the grid automatically.

- How to read the name: «12/3000/120-50» means 12 V battery, 3000 VA of power, 120 A charger and 50 A transfer relay.
- Battery bank voltage: 12, 24 or 48 V; for high power, 48 V.
- Power (VA): according to what is switched on at the same time.
- Quattro and Quattro-II: two AC inputs, for example grid and generator.
- EasySolar-II GX: inverter/charger, MPPT solar charge controller and GX monitoring device in one.
- Models with UL certification indicate it in their name.

Do you have local technical support for Victron?
Yes. Victron Energy certifies SUSEINCA as direct factory representative for the Dominican Republic, with qualification to provide support and preventive and corrective maintenance of its products.
What warranty do they have?
The manufacturer warranty. On each inverter page you will find its data sheet and the Victron warranty document, in Spanish and the original in English.
Are WECO and Victron compatible?
There are configurations documented by the manufacturers, but compatibility is verified for the battery model, inverter, control and firmware of each project: not all combinations can be taken as valid.
Do you ship throughout the country?
