- Current (A): the power of the solar panels divided by the battery voltage, with a margin.
- For larger systems or panels in series, an MPPT charge controller is better.
Frequently asked questions
MPPT or PWM?
MPPT makes better use of the energy from the solar panels and allows them to be connected in series at a higher voltage; PWM is simpler and more economical for small systems.
